1. Acceptance of Terms

By continuing to use StuWin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the platform.

2. License

StuWin is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0). Under this license, you may:

• Use the platform freely for personal, academic, or non-commercial purposes.
• Study, modify, and redistribute the software under the same GPL-3.0 terms.
• Access and review the source code if publicly hosted in the future.

Any modified versions you distribute must also remain under the GPL-3.0 license with proper attribution.

3. Prohibited Usage

You agree not to:

• Use StuWin for any illegal, harmful, or unethical activity.
• Exploit or misuse student data or system features.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer secure components, bypass protection, or tamper with services.
• Commercialize the platform or offer it as a paid service without complying with GPL-3.0 requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must ensure that the information you enter is accurate.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not impersonate another person or submit misleading information.

5. Data Handling

StuWin processes only the data needed to provide the platform’s functionality, such as GPA tracking, tasks, reminders, and academic planning tools. Details on how your data is stored and used are explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Certain features—such as email reminders, calendar connections, or external authentication—may integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, ZeptoMail). These services operate under their own terms, and StuWin is not responsible for external outages or data policies.

7. No Warranty

StuWin is provided “as-is”. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy of GPA calculations, uptime, or compatibility with every device. You acknowledge that features may evolve or change over time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StuWin and its developers are not liable for:

• Any loss of academic standing or consequences from incorrect GPA input.
• Data loss caused by user devices or connection issues.
• Misuse of the platform by users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
